going seller mode still not Ok

Hi,

I tried to become a seller on mql5, but they said my passport picture have been edited, so i got rejected ( it has been croped ).

So i took another picture with a better background, so no need again to be cropped, but till few weeks, i'm still waiting my case to be resolved, but still 

no answer. 

I sent a message to the support, that said i should write on the forum because they only deal with payments issues.

Help please, i have a great indicator i want to sell on the platform.

The validation process is the fully automatic process ...
You can check this thread where the people can share their experience about validation (it is only I can help sorry) -
