ADX Explanation

currently there is a few ADXs explanations online with the calculations etc.

but what I need is a simple example with reason being I am trying to make my own backtesting system but am having problems with ADX.

I am borrowing libraries but the results is not the same as mql4’s ADX indicator?

any advice where I can get example (with excel) / proper source for c# or even mql s source for the ADX indicator?

What about adx.mq4 or adx.mq5 in Indicators folder?

There is no adx.mq4 files in indicator folder?

Did you check in Indicators\Examples folder? The MT5 download here from this site definitely has it.
