It is better to use MQL5 VPS for MT4/MT5 and to be on same broker with signal provider.

Each Signal provider has fixed their own price based on their judgement.
In every signal details, mql has provided lots of Tools for us to analyse the signal on our capacity. Eg; "Growth Graph", Data in the Tab "Statistics" etc...These data are helpful for us in reaching a conclusion.
