Setting up MetaTester 5 agent manager
It is difficult for me to help as there is no information about ...
Anyway, you can read this small summary thread to check everything (there are some limitations) -
What operating system are you running on? It should support window services, and you only just need to ensure the state is running.
There is also a need to check if your system is running other programs that consume internet connections.
You can check this out using your resource monitor in task manager, if you are on windows.

I am trying to setup the MetaTester 5 agent manager. I can see the agents in services tab, I have checked 'Sell computing resources'.
But in services tab, i see that in cloud column, every agent is disconnected. How do i get them running?
Also, i can not see these agents on the webportal under agents tab.
