Signal Not Opening

Just trying to subscribe to a signal, i click the Start Copying In Metatrader button a pop-up window opens saying open URL:MQL4 Buy Protocol? which i click, Metatrader opens but nothing seems to happen

Okay got to step 4
4. You will see lower, in the Terminal Window of your MT4 platform, the results of your search. Click on the name of the signal you want to subscribe.
clicking the link opens my web browser again on the MQL5 page for that specific signal and dose not show the green subscribe button as shown in step 5
