Unable to download Demo or Free EAs

Hello,

This is strange. I am unable to download free or demo EAs. Sometime yes, most time no. I tried both from mql5 site and the terminal. As soon as I type something in the search box in Market tab on MT4, everything in the market tab disappears. It become a blank box. It might take a long time for the EA logos to show up again.  When I tried to download direct from mql5 site, it opens up the MT4 but not coming thru.

At the same time, I use my other laptop to download without problems....

Anyone has the same issue?

Marco, thanks for the tips. Do you mean MS Edge? I am using Chrome but I don't see IE on my computer.

Those tabs are "internet" ones... Probably they are usiing IE engine to render the content inside... No matter what browser you user personally yo browse manually the MQL5 site...

I finally found IE and coompleted my Windows 10 update. But the problem still the same. Any other suggestion?

After I clicked the download demo, the window switch to MT4 and points to Market. But Market shows blank.

If you are on Windows (because the Market does not work for Linux and Mac) so you are able to download  (I hope) - just use the following steps -
