Most accurate for what?

  • Live/real feed/quotes are most accurate to trade on live/real account.
  • If you are going to use on demo account so the demo testing on same broker is most accurate in this case.
  • Backtest with 99% quality is most accurate in case you will use/have same data from same broker.

i prefer live testing

 
The best is that trades are on new bar only, and backtests match the DEMO and LIVE trading accounts. That is the only thing I can trust. A comparison between past trades, live and vemo, and a past backtest that is 95% equal to those past trades.
