If you are talking about MQL5 VPS, its one account per VPS server only.

and i want to ask another question about VPS; Its exactly how to use VPS : So,

For example ''I am connecting the Internet with a Wi-Fi USB stick on my laptop.'' And i registered MQL-5 VPS One month 10 usd for my cent account.

And when my Laptop's Wi-fi Stick don't work, and have no internet connection..

if i still available to use VPN with Scalper (i was using scalper by the way) ?

Yor EA will still work on VPS. That's the point of using a VPS anyway.
