FXCM, for example, when they were cheating with cfd (not without arbitrageurs), they were flooded with complaints - they paid out every penny, but then they put a disgusting performance and cut off all the toxic.

Maybe. But sometimes I check the logs. There were no complaints about limiters at all. Here's another one from another well-known broker:
Imho, if there is a violation of the Execution Policy, you can complain to the broker. A solid firm always considers complaints and, as a rule, responds to them with understanding.
Where have you seen the Ask price"broadcast in the Quote Stream" ?
And in general, yes, the broker can show you any price and you will agree with it, because there are no other options.

Halifax, not a bad company in itself (not worse than the others). it is difficult for rf residents to register there.

This EA not for trade on real account, just example. It open deal at MACD line cross signal line and exit by TP1 and TP2 limit orders.
