Hi guys
I had the same problem.
At the end it was an internet Explorer/ Internet Options/Security/option that had to be activated.
I modified "Internet" with "security level" Custom
and I allowed everything that could be possible to be allowed, so as well I disabled all the filters
IE was in panic, telling me that I'm not a good man, that the life of my relatives will be in danger and eventually Armageddon will become real, but it worked.
After that, restart IE, download your free EA, then I restored the all zones default level
