If you don't have access then you pay with debit or credit card.
 
I'm from the US. Webmoney and epayments won't allow U.S. residents to register to these websites. MQL5 took away MasterCard credit/debit card option for payments. How can someone from the U.S. pay for VPS or other services from this website if MQL5 got rid of Paypal? MQL5 needs to bring back Paypal for U.S. Residents.
