If I close the order manually (have not tried TP yet) it does not remove the entry line and opens again an order at the same level. That's not really practical. EA properties also cannot be edited once on the chart. I also don't see any SL and TP lines plotted on the chart!?

To close an order you should just delete the open line. The EA shouldn't re-open a trade once closed, it only opens orders when there's a name like "#buy". If there's no SL and TP lines you need to check the open line's description. If the sl=N and tp=N then the lines are set at 0. All you need to do is change the N to a number.
