Not really! MT4 does not support an Historical Database of Tick Data. You can however, code your own Tick Data gathering procedure and create your own database for future use.

Timeframe is not matter for tick data.

You can export ticks from any mt5 broker to a file.

Then load it in you Indicator or EA and use as you wish.
