You can delete your MT4 or MT5 installation from Control Panel - Add/Remove programs. If there are leftover files they will be in the installation directory (you can check it if you right click on the icon on your desktop and choose Properties). There could be leftover files in Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal folder as well.
