Locked to a unique account?

So, if I want to share one EA with someone and lock it to their account number. I guess it should be a short line of code, but couldn't find anything about it.

Not sure how to do this and found some code in the forum, but it isn't working.
What could be wrong with this one?
This one in the beginning:

And these lines after int init()

Locking by account number & source deletion is the lonely safety, even if it's a brute force.
