Martingale Strategy

I've got myself an EA on the running with 5,000 USD.

But somehow the volume went from 0.0X to something like 7.01 lot.

Is it normal? One of my friend told me that it's Martingale strategy. I mean I understand what Martingale is but is it that extreme?

Its normal if its martingale, also it depends how your calculate your next lots.

Yes it is that extreme it involves a very high risk so be careful.

Make sure that you know what you are doing at all times or you will fail miserably.

Martingales are great when controlled. If you let it lose it will obliterate your account.  In my early days I ran a Martingale, went to bed with no orders then woke up and account was gone.  Distance between levels must be decent.

Martingale is simply  gambling
