No, it does not repaint. You can check it in strategy tester (visual mode).
 
nice indicator iam thinking of writing an expert advisor on it, and backtesting the advisor to see the outcome, if the owner would like to write the xpert advisor for me please reply.

Is it possible to add arrows based on the indicators logic? Up for buys and Down for sells
 
I'll do that but where you want to display the arrows? i mean at what points under which logic?
