Why would you need one?

You could build such service but traders/developers are usually quite paranoid about uploading their source code to some external party, and the fear is justified, the code can fall into wrong hands or they can add malicious elements to the ex4, so it's not recommended.

Or you can use something that is capable of just running the software.

There are numerous devices that can handle that.
