Push notifications not sending to my mobile from VPS server

I am getting push notifications to my mobile when my local mql5 client is opened.I am not getting  push notifications  from vps server when local  mql5 client in laptop is closed .    how to get push notifications  when  local client in my computer is closed or off.

Have you configured you MT5/MT4 terminal on VPS with your MetaQuote ID on Options -> Notifications?

 

I configured  Metaquote ID on options - notifications  window. it sending push notifications  when  mql5 client  opened in laptop.

I migrated  charts ,signals,EA  to  mql5  amsterdam VPS  server.  I can only check cpu,disk,memory  on VPS  server. how can i give  metaquotes id  on VPS  server. I guess it  should be  there with migration.


i am not getting  push notifications  from VPS  server when  mql5 client  in my local laptop  is closed.    do i missing any configuration during migration. 

 
I had problem with my mobile device , it was on bad condition of space running out until it came to know that I should restart , it's restarted and I need to log on my mt4 account, problem is I've lost my metaquotes ID and password.......
How to find again my login details ???
