Help with Resetting my MQL5 Account Password

 
After resetting the password for my other MQL5 account, I need to verify it using MetaQuotes ID on my mobile phone. However, I am not logged into that account on the mobile MT5 app, so I cannot receive the MetaQuotes ID verification. I cannot log in on my mobile device now, and I cannot find customer support. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you very much!
