Purchasing indicator won't allow me.

I need help. I'm trying to purchase indicator from here. I clicked on Visa/MasterCard option, it saids that 

NO PAYMENT DATA

Please help.

If your computer is on Windows (not Linux and not a Mac) so write to the service desk asking their advice for example.
