Frozen Charts

My charts are all frozen.I've deleted the programme,opened a new account and still none of the charts show any information past 11 April even if I refresh them

 
Delete all charts and re-open Metatrader.
After that - open the chart.
if still same (frozen) - check your internet connection and connect to the other broker (select the broker with "no frozen chart").
