How does someone with poor eyesight recognise this indicator?

Visualisation in a histogram would be clearer and more intuitive.

Larger monitors?

With every additional year of life, the visual acuity decreases (there is always a bit of shrinkage) but so does the cm² price of the monitors.

I have already ordered a Braille monitor.

I'll use it when the time comes, hopefully the interface will still be usable somehow
