CSI 300 is the Shanghai Shenzhen CSI 300 Index, the Chinese stock market index. As a stock market index, you cannot trade it directly, but only through derivatives, like index futures. In this case, it would be interesting to check directly with the broker if it's possible to trade this index, and if yes, the name of the futures contract you have to use in order to trade it.
