Open/Close positions when candle closes above/below a certain level (MT4)

I'm knocking on your doors as I need some help please. Regarding this topic,

Is there anyway (an EA etc) to place orders is MT4 based on the close price in a specific time frame v(say H1, H4 and D1)? So basically what I want is to add a new option to MT4 new order window. This shall enables MT4 to place orders based on the close price in a specific time frame rather than realtime price.

I did not find it now.
It is something about support/resistance trading or level trader for example.
