but it says external dll not allowed.

what i have to do to solve this ?

You have to include all necessary functions into the ex.4 file.

DLL are not allowed in the Market. Don't you read the rules ?

No it's not allowed in Jobs section, you can report this to an admin by clicking in Complain link.

then i think the only way is publishing as article or in codebase.
