Subscribed to Signals Do I need a VPS?

I have subscribed to someone signals,

Do I need a VPS when my computer is shut down?

Or the subscribment copy the trades automaticly? even if my Meta is shuted down..?

PC must be on,  MT4 must be running, Internet connection must be working.

Must be on, but, although in practice has already spent a long time after this announcement, there is a light at the end of the tunnel named, Trusted Execution Token (TET) (see MQ information below).
