I need an EA Modigying Pending order

hi every one.
I need an Expert can modify the first pending order (entry price, stop loss and take profit to be matched with the same type of Active order .
Ex:
Open position  buy entry price : 1.2900
take profit 1.1965
Stop loss 1.2800
1st pending order the same type
Pending order buystop entry price should be modified to be equal with the buy open order = 1.2900
same thing to stop loss and takeprofit
can enyone provide me EA can do this ?
