The discussion about the signals is prohibited on the forum so no any signal provider will promote his signal here.
As to "rich guys" (name of this topic for example) so it is free forum, and I do not think they will upload their EAs as the source codes on the thread ... and if someone will advertise something on your thread - this "someone" will be banned ...
