hi,i rent an EA, then i launch it using MT4 and a vps, it works normally.

Can I manage this EA from another computer without reinstall??

You have paid for a product and a service, ask support to the seller/provider.
 
My question is about mt4 not about a single EA

Hi,

Yes, you can do it via your VPS.

You can enter to your VPS and manage your EA  from any another computers.

Did you take your VPS from MQL5.com or another website?

You mean - managing rented EA with MQL5 VPS from the other computer (other than you bought it from) without additional activation?
EA (from the Market) is connected with your computer hardware and OS, but your MQL5 VPS is connected with broker's account only ... so - no idea sorry ... you can try ..
