I've only been using it for 22 days so far, for a total of $3.46, which gives an average of $0.1573 per day or a projected value of $57.40 per year.

I have an average PR (Performance Ratio) of 142 with the following hardware available 24/7:  Intel Core i7-4790T @ 2.70GHz, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD (Windows 10 Pro 64-bit)

Agents have other problem. Web shows less time than really used in process. If you check web and agents logs you will see count around 4 times less. I sent ticket but they ignored the problem ( no answer). No surprise. Service desk is a lottery. Sometimes you find one helps and almost always one don't do anything
