Hi Guys, 

I hope you can help me!!

I'm looking for someone to help me create an indicator for a 1 min time frame,

For the conditions to be 

BUY
-Rsi below 30
-ADX below 25

SELL
RSI higher 70
-ADX below 25

Can anyone help me!! Ive looked everywhere
