Auto Open/Close

I am wondering if there is any MT4 or 5 addons that allow the user to set an open or close price based on the current timeframe candle close. I am obviously aware of the built in functionality of stops and limits but they do not function on candle close and are simply triggered by price movement which as we all know can be extremely unreliable.
