There are quite a number of reasons why traders fail. But for new traders, one very reason I can point to is impatience. Some new traders are desperate to make profits at all cost; even profit their level of forex understanding cannot normally give them. Hence greed easily leads them to losses.

 

There are many reasons behind the loss in Forex. Mostly people loose their trade because they want to become rich quickly so they avoid to obey rules of trading and start trading without knowledge. So they normally loose and leave the Forex market.

I think they all lose because of their misconception of Forex being a Gamble and trading blindly.

 

There are many reasons we see so many traders lose, but one of the biggest reason as far I see is the lack of discipline, I see many people working on gaining knowledge or experience but they fail with execution and even with been discipline, so that’s where all trouble starts, if we wish to be successful than we need to focus on execution and if we do it accurately then we will automatically give our self better opportunity as far achieving success is concern. I am very lucky to be working under OctaFX broker, it’s mighty company with excellent educational setup which completing all major zone and that’s one major reason why I am so comfortable and able to work out nicely with ease.

 

Many of the traders loose in forex since they do not have sufficient patience. They often panic and make unfavorable decision. Also greed of higher returns is one reason.
