hello Im new to the forum and I'm trying to learn
not so long ago I use to use a software called dashboard fx which had an awesome alarm for high volatility markets for example if the currency pair moved 30 or more pips within a minute use t go off in a loud ring that i took as an oportunitt for retracements and stuff...
Somebody told me MT4 can be programed to create an EA that once is added to the chart will do the same...
i dont mean buy or sel signal just something that will alert me that the market is moving fast up or down...
for example on NFP or interest rate announcements we have sometimes 100 pips up or down... I wish to find an EA that can alert me of this fast move so i can keep going with it or take the correction or retracement.
can any of you guys help me...found one by google that is call volatility breakout...but ha sno sound so is not what im looking for help!n i still cant understand how to program my own
