Help needed finding indicators please

Hi,

I'm very new to using Metatrader but there are a couple of indicators

I would like to locate but am having trouble finding:

1. up and down bars colored differently eg. green for up, red for down

2. moving average with different colors for upslope and down slope

3. macd with different colors for upslope and downslope of the signal line

I want to put these together to give a more visual representation of

when the ma, signal line and bars are all aligned in direction.

I know the first one exists somewhere but am not sure about the second

two. Thanks in advance if anyone is able to point me at the right files,

#1. Just use the Heiken Ashi indicator. It's standard in every MT4 platform.

#2. Use NonLagMA. See attachment.

#3. Use color OSMA. See attachment.
