I guess the provider's end is on a different server.

And for the subscribers: Most just don't watch. Click subscribe, VPS, done.


They are in for a surprise though when they read the logs..

I really would like to know John, if this affects all MQL5 subscribers, or it has to do with their location or broker?

I have been having a same problem from all of my account, different brokers, different location.
 

Well, I've sent this to servicedesk right before Friday's close when symbol mapping didn't work all of a sudden.

Seriously, they really don't have an emergency guy to watch over things apparently..

 
I have servers in UK, USA and Germany - all are affected.
 
My signal provider is even on the same server that my account is on - so it is an MQL5 server problem independent from location, account, broker and the like. Let us hope they do not sleep in in Cyprus.

The same here, very bad momentum for the break after elections in france. Hope mql5 will compensate this somehow as many traders might loose money due to that. 

 
I have the same problem on 2 different signals. MQL doesnt answer
