In my experience with such a general explanation it is hard to any coder to make something. What are the math rules for that indicator?

It's impossible to make an indicator like this for sure. You can try to use a simple MACD or Parabolic SAR indicators fixing 10 pips profit and stoploss no more than 50 points.

I found something interesting for you. It is not 100% but better than nothing...

Buy - blue

Sell - red

Green color is a confirmation for buy or sell direction.

On chart you can see TP recommendations.
