Shares are traded for limited time (not 24 ours a day). Shares have real and known volume (forex does not). You might end up having shares that nobody wants even if they have same "value". In forex you can always close your positions. Shares are a fractional ownership of a company (or anything they represent). In forex you own nothing of a sort (except your money

It is easy to learn the forex. You just need to spend 10 years and $10,000 to learn it.
