Yes, that happens sometimes with metatrader 5
And then, when you change time frames a couple of times, it displays regular values. Why? I have no idea why. Checking why is it happening since there is no reason in the code for that to happen
In any case : try out this version (changed the way how prices are taken - instead of allowing it to get prices from default data engine, this one uses the usual set of prices)

No, we can not have a mt4 version that can be applied to previous indicator data. That can be done only in mt5
