The problem with the lower time frame is simple (and unsolvable in the end). For example :

15 minute chart and you want to see 5 minute data

there are 3 5 minute bars for each 15 minute bar.

Which one do you want to see of the 3?

If, for example, the first, why the first?

Which one is the most significant?

And how do you decide which one is the most significant?

So, whichever approach you use for lower time frame data you are loosing information (you, for the example above, can not show data for each of the 3 bars belonging to 15 minute bar) and that is why it is not displaying lower time frame data

Hi Mladen, I have a problem, The MTF Averages appear on the TF I select and on higher TF, but not on lower... Did I do something wrong ? Both don't work mtf1 and mtf2. Thanks.

I think you've misunderstood my question, I wanted to plot a 4H MA on lower TF (so you see the H4 MA on H1, M30 and so on), which is the basic use for MTF indicators, not on higher TF (Daily and so on). I know this is impossible to show a 4H MA on a daily TF.

But anyway, I have succeded to fix my problem. I have tried the indicator on another computer and it works. It looks like the problem is on my side, I don't know if the computer I'm trading with is too old or the MT5 platform needs to be reinstalled...

Rsi floating levels 2 ..

This is an upgraded RSI floating levels indicator for metatrader 5 from here : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/181297/page12 .

Added choices of rsi calculation (the "regular" rsi, Wilder's rsi, rsx and Cuttler's rsi) as well ss jurik smoothing to the rsi value. Just one additional observation : since the levels are "floating in this one and since that way the "flattening effect" is avoided in the greatest part of it, it is interesting to use long rsi periods for calculation too without loosing "signals". Here is an example with rsi period set to 55

 

CCI averages pre-filtered

CCI pre filtered - floating levels

This is a CCI using 18 types of of averages for pre-filtering with an addition of floating levels to it. One thing on the picture is also obvious but I am afraid I can not do anything with it : for some reason known only to meatrader people, when an indicator is in a separate window, it always draws a level 0, does not matter if you want it or not. It seems that they think that we must have that level. So, my apologies that it is drawing that completely meaningless level for this indicator but I simply can not remove it. Maybe, on some very nice day, someone will realize that on the chart there should be only what is written in code without "extras"

As far as "clock" is concerned, if you want just the timer, attaching one that shows just the time

PS: this indicator can be applied to another indicator. Just out of curiosity tried it on momentum indicator and this is the comparison : upper is the regular one lower is the one applied to momentum
