That is a normal MACD which allows you to multiply the values of the OSMA (the histogram part of that indicator). Check this thread : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/178018 - you shall find it there

I believe this picture was made by me a long time ago...those arrows recalculate...

Since that one obviously is using centered TMA and since centered TMA recalculates/repaints, the the arrows must do so too

(To make it work...all "MHDMT***" need to be placed in indicator folder)
