I think that in metatrader it is impossible (a lot of data needed for calculating it simply is not available in metatrader). There are some services providing it, but that is another story

Don't be a victim of this scam.
It is MTF of some sort that does not repaint in back test but repaints in forward test.
"Dremer" used to show this kind of system on YouTube called "Jaguar". He scammed a lot of money from traders. It's a Holy Shit.

It could be anything (up to an over fitted EA - since the orders are taken by the EA)
Anyway, not enough just to see a video like that to know what is it all about (too much room for manipulation when it comes to back testing)

Yyes it repaints. It uses one future bar value to find out crosses and also has one minor error which will make it a classical repainter in some cases. Here is the corrected one
