Hawkeye Toolkit "Clone" for MetaTrader?

I'd like to duplicate this 'look'. Would someone offer suggestions or similar tools to make a 'virtual' Hawkeye clone, or would be willing to start coding something similar?

as for direction of trend, until the other hawkeye tools are developed for MT, bb 14wma with 1SD would be a good choice - can be adjusted between 11/17 depending on trend speed. just a suggestion...
