A newbie questions

Hey guys first post alert!!!!

I have always been a manual trader and have been trading Ichimoku Kinko Hyu for around a year, I love this indicator and love the pips it brings.

However I have wanted to try an EA for a while and thought "why not try an ichi ea"

Could you guys give me a step by step guide in putting this ea on my chart so I can start demoing it.

Hi Delacroix, thanks for this EA.

I downloaded it this weekend and was impressed by the backtest. However, I have not been able to get it to work in backtests and in demo, it has not yet placed any trade. Am I missing something ? I do realize that it does not place trades everyday.

Does it need to be compiled in order to operate properly? And does the VROC need to be attached to the chart ?

Finally, you mentioned that different settings give improved results in both profitability and reliability. Could you tell us what are the optimal values

you have found for the parameters?
