Yes.

"If the peak bar is 2nd bar (first closed bar) it can be repainted. Once it becomes the 3rd bar or older there will be no repainting" That is the problem with peak finding (it never can be done without repainting), but this one is rather "moderate" compared to some other peak finding ways

I am looking for an mtf version of the Kase Peak oscilator. Is it possible to to create that from the Kase Peak oscilator.mq4 that was listed on the premier forums?

Dshay, this is Kase CD Divergence mtf, the chart picture is using H1 chart timeframe with H4 Kase CD with All Peaks Mode = true and with divergence on the indicator only.
