Trix variation that you are posting there is a variation that is NOT trix. It was a variation of raff's original trix indicator (also made by raff) that spread through the net (btw: to be truthful, you did not change the original author, so from that point of view, everything is OK)

Histogram of Trix indicator

Appreciate if somebody can make me a histogram of trix indicator.

1) Histogram is of the difference between TRIX and its signal. Basically an oscilator around 0.

2) Signal arrows at 0. up arrow if histogram comes from below. down arrow if histogram comes from above 0 line.

I am looking for two versions

A) An MTF version

B) A non-MTF version

Unfortunately, I only have an ex4 file of the original indicator.

Saw this post now, so this should cover it and should round up options for trix indicator:

Here are different versions it can do : a regular trix (upper), trix that displays histogram too (middle - ShowHistogramparameter set to true) and display only histogram (lower - ShowHistogramand ShowOnlyHistogramset to true)
All that is available in mtf too (no need for an external indicator - this one is a standalone indicator)
PS: the UseLogOfPrice is added because according to original description of trix a logarithm of price should be used instead of raw price. Differences are marginal as far as slopes and signals are concerned, but added that as an option in order to have it all as the original requires

Here is the latest one with alerts added. It works as it should in mtf mode too. To have alerts on log values, set the UseLogOfPriceto true

Trix based on RSI 14

Trix based on RSI 14 - I made this on another platform where you could add indicators based on any other underlying indicator, but on mt4 it is not possible other than the default oscillators

I wonder is it possible to work-up a version of Trix that is based on the underlying RSI 15, with RSI line visible.

It works well, similar to TDI etc, but better!
