EURUSD is falling - as it was before, nothing new. What is unclear why did people think that that a gorment with Monti would be good for EURO when it was falling even when Monti was in charge?

In hindsight it all looks so logical : the resistance held, and that is it. we know that at that moment it could happen anything (it was all depending on a one % or two of Italian elections) but the market reacted in usual way : it bounce back and bounced violently. So far it seems it is going into consolidation and a psychological support of 1.30 holds, but even the proximity of it is calling for caution. Overall pressure is still bearish (let see if 1.3 level will be retested or broken)
