He is payed to do so What they tell officially and what they are doing for their employers are two different things

But why does he think that nobody notices that?

Or he is told : "Do that" and he does it knowing that the news are going to be cooked anyway and that any news regarding him is controlled too?

Guys,

According to this article https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/180370/page387, $ is looking a longer decline in value compared to other currencies. If it is so, bullish trend is guaranteed for EURUSD

That might be an explanation for the nonsense that is going on. But that would mean a long bullish trend too

Just a thought : what will happen in a case of another (local) war?

Oh, there will be a war. Just not the way we imagine it. They are doing it the butcher way now : cutting of small part by part. And no direct confrontations. Only causing "collateral damage" so that they can turn the "slaves" in the direction they want them to be turned

In any case, last week trend was surprisingly bearish. I do not think tat the chance of bearish short term trend continues fr a long time. Draghi can not talk it down any more (that is obvious by now) and since ECB will do nothing at all (again) this was a dip buying oportunity

Sell in May ??

check out the Dollar - its nr(ish) major support again on the Wkly, but may take a few wks or so to find the exact level for Algos or who ever it is that's buying these days

very often the Dollar (and Euro) mess around at these pivotal points

(for obvious reasons) but a few wks of messing around takes us to May again

its been fairly rubbish so far this yr, but often is after Christmas, this time though it seems to of been more rubbish,

so need to see some real volatility for the Euro and GBP

read on FF others are also find the Currencies hard going this yr with some proven strategies down to only 50% win rate

ok for scalpers though i presume

Good luck

No gap (1.3758 at bloomberg right now)

Interesting : it has a slow but constant up trend (1.3766 now)

Whole 19 pips range in the Asian session. This is some kind of a record in last couple of weeks
