Profitable System needs an EA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello, everyone. This is my first post to this thread. I think I'm at the right place in here, because this seems to be a good place for my EA programming wish!!!
I just stumpled upon a strategy using the indicator Line Of Destiny.mq4 showing just a kind of HMA of the active trend ( GREEN = UPTREND, RED = DOWNTREND)... seems simple as it goes!!!
I'm trading in a H4 timeframe, because the indicator line just repaints several times before the candle closes, but that's not the point unless I wait until the closed candle to take my trading decision...
So here is how it goes:
BUY if line was RED, now goes GREEN (after candle closed)
close another SELL ORDER from before
set STOPLOSS to last candles LOW -10/20 Pips
SELL if line was GREEN, now goes RED (after candle closed)
close another BUY ORDER from before
set STOPLOSS to last candles HIGH +10/20 Pips
AFTER the next candle closed I move STOPLOSS to BREAKEVEN
(or if you're greedy you just set STOPLOSS to 50 or 100 Pips or use a TRAILING STOP to save your profits)
Then I let the trade keep going...it can't go to minus and take my profit as I wish to do so (for safety or if you're greedy you can just take your profit another 4 hours later...but you also can let it run to take as much profit as possible before the trend reverses)...
In the last 3 month I made a lot of pips this way... but as I have a fulltime job, I just took the trades when I was at home. Imagine what an EA could have taken out of the market, as it would have taken ALL good trades!!!!!
I hope someone is able to do the EA for this simple profitable strategy!!!!
